Shipping to Germany

We ship via DHL.

Add your items to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout. You will then find the amount for shipping for your parcel to your region/ country.

Shipping within the EU

We also do ship via DHL.

Shipping to Switzerland, UK and International are at the moment not available.

Returns

If for some reason you are not happy with your Kahl product or want to change the size, please send your Kahl product back to us via DHL after contacting us via email to info@kahlstudio.com.

Please note that, for a small Company like ours we cannot cover the costs for your return.

Return shipping costs

The costs will depend on your order. Please get more information at the DHL Website. Our Company is located in Germany, so if you need to send your parcel from another country the costs will be higher than a return within Germany.

30 days Return policy

Within 30 working days you will be able to return your Kahl product.

Returns and exchanges

Usually it will take up to 1-2 working days until you will find the refund on your balance.
